If you would like to buy All-Natural Beef in bulk, this may be the option for you!
A whole steer breaks down to approximately 400lbs and includes the following:


Ground beef- (250) 1 lbs packs of ground beef.

Sirloin steaks – (30) 10 oz cuts

Filet – (12) filets 8oz packs.

Ribeye (24) cuts of bone-in about 16 oz

NY Strips – (22) cuts in 12oz packages.

Roasts – (6) 4-5 lbs each

Brisket – (4) ½ briskets 10-12lbs total

Round Steak (Cutlets): (38) pieces, (2) 8 oz tenderized cutlets per 1 lb package

Flank/Skirt/Bavette: 6-9lbs
